I had to have my engagement & wedding ring sized up 2 sizes. The service was very good and when I collected the rings they sparkled so much the diamonds were so clean. The rings are 26 years old and look like new. I haven't worn my rings for 4 years as they didn't fit and now they look brandnew . I was very happy and would definately use again.

I was recommended Goldcare by a family member and can honestly say I would have no hesitation recommending them myself.The team have been fantastic, helping re-rhodium plate and secure the setting on my engagement ring. I had some worries about the replating but the team at Goldcare ensured I was 100% happy and they took me through the process so I could understand. I would trust them with any piece of jewellery I owned.Nothing is ever too much trouble and the customer service I received was second to none. A huge thank you to the team for being friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

I was recommended of Goldcare by a key cutting business who couldn?t repair my watch. I dropped the watch and one of the dials had fallen off and was rattling around inside. Goldcare had the correct tools to dismantle my watch, and they did the repair with no fuss, not the usual shaking of heads in judgement and sighing and saying ?it?ll cost you ? . Completely the opposite, fast , friendly and reasonably priced.

Went to a cowboy with an expensive ladies Cartier watch for a new battery.After taking it to Goldcare they sorted problem out without overcharging.I was told watch needed a full service costing hundreds.He cleaned contacts and replaced battery with fully charged new one.It?s now working perfectly again and only charged £20.The guy who served us was a genuine true gentleman.Not a conman like other so called experts.My wife and I are very grateful take care Geraldine and Reggie

100% recommendI got told it would be £150 for a replacement clasp so come here to see what they would charge and they repaired my current clasp for a small fraction of what I was previously quoted you?d be stupid to go anywhere else

I have a lovely bee necklace which is very special to me. The chain snapped and I was unable to re-thread it due to the weird design. I took it into Goldcare and the staff were so lovely and helpful, they suggested adding a ring to enable a necklace to be threaded through easily. The price was reasonable, the wait wasn't very long and overall the experience was great. I am of course over the moon with my newly necklaced bee and wear it all the time!

I found Goldcare after a long and unsuccessful search for an in-house jewellery repair shop local to myself. The customer service from phonecall to the final repair was impeccable. The shop itself is very easy to find and has disabled access. All of the cabinets and service counter are on the ground floor and easily observed by all. There is no public toilet access however there is many local cafes and businesses happy to assist with regards. Overall I would highly recommend Goldcare for a quick, effective and reasonably priced repair with 5 star service. Thankyou to the staff, I will be returning.

Excellent service and knowledge. I needed to replace the bezzel on my Omega Seamaster and all the other jewellers I tried said they would need to send it away. But Goldcare changed the bezzel and cleaned up the watch in a couple of days at a very reasonable price
