Just finished implant treatment with Andreas. The whole experience was amazing and I'm now gap free. From start to finish the whole thing was painless and Andreas puts you totally at ease. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of having this treatment to go ahead.I'm so happy now that I have done it.

I have a severe dental phobia and didn't go to the dentist for 7 years. Had my second appt yesterday with Dr Surin and my fear has improved so much! Both Surin and the dental nurse are just lovely, she has helped me enormously and is so patient and fab at what she does. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. ?????

Absolutely terrible experience! Always been with genix for a very very long time & so has my family, went in a few months ago for a filling on my bottom tooth, the lady ended up drilling my top tooth, had to pay for both fillings even though my top tooth was fine, okay so the top tooth filling has came out, I called in a few days ago and was told to call at 8:30 as I can get booked in he was nice to be honest, and now when I have called @ 8:30 a lady at genix won?t don?t anything about it apart from telling me the lady had left who did my teeth, and I?ll have to pay? Pay for WHAT exactly her mistake? I?m suffering with extreme migraines and ear aches because of this unprofessional experience from genix staff. Not happy at all!

Had to change my appointment twice and now I?m told that I can no longer go back so basically I?m kicked out
Yet it was yourselves who cancelled my first appointment because the dentist was off sick
And normally have to wait months to get in
Great service

Appointments keep getting cancelled. My crown was only supposed to take a couple of weeks of appointments, it's now the 5th week and I'm still left with a temporary crown that falls of every week. I have been to the dentist about 5 or 6 times in the past 2 months, they should prioritise people who are halfway through there treatment. It is not acceptable that I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my permanent crown fitted.

Wow i have never experienced something so terrible in all my time. Went to the dentist early June due to having a toothache. Seen by alex and was told i needed a filling in my lower wisdom tooth which i agreed to have done on the day. While he was drilling my tooth i kept telling him to stop as i was in severe pain, he told me its not pain and it's the vibration so he gave me another injection and carried on while i screamed again i told him its definitely pain, however this was ignored. Pressed the filling in my mouth and i screamed again. I was asked if it hurt which i replied yes otherwise i wouldn't be saying it. Once i got out the door i was in so much pain dur to the pressure put on my tooth with the filling i felt sick, Ignored it however as i thought it was a one of but I was in agony for the next few days. Booked an emergency appointment five days later only to ring up everyday for 4 days and be told there isn't any emergency appointments.

Just wanted to say how great this place is. Had to have scaling performed due to years of not getting regular cleanings and also smoking. I was really nervous about the procedure. But, Vanessa Wood was great! She was professional but also really kind and gentle, which made the experience much better. Would definitely recommend her- especially if you have a bit of dentist fear like I do.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Was very refreshing that the dentist talked me through what he was doing, very patient focused and I felt very relaxed ?

I don't know where to start.First of all, when booking an appointment you expect to be seem within 5 minutes of your appointment time.. I had to wait at least 20 minutes after my appointment time for a molar extraction.I was attended by Alex who at first seemed to be nice. I sat down for the first look, he examined my mouth and it was apparent why I was there. Then I also asked, seeing as I was at the dentist to have my other teeth examined, you know, for good measure and to see if there is any advice to be given and any xrays needed to only have Alex rudely interrupt me saying, can we just take this tooth out today? From my knowledge, it being a band 2 treatment it also meant any band 1 treatment such as xrays and examination of the teeth came under what I went in for. This was neglected and we went ahead with the extraction of my tooth. Alex did not bother asking any information about my tooth, any history of dental care nor if I'd been to the service before which I would expect is the procedure.Alex went on to start removing my tooth, which granted was in pretty bad shape, thus cracking and being told it needs to come out in pieces.Seeing as I've never experienced such thing, I did not know the sensation and as soon as I felt a lot of pressure pushed down on my tooth and other teeth in fact I flinched like a normal patient would. Alex then asked if I would rather be referred to be sedated to which I did not know how to respond. After the tooth was extracted, I was merely given a sheet of paper and asked to sign te receipt document for my treatment's payment and bid goodbye. There were no additional gauzes providedin case of more bleeding upon removal of the initial gauze given. As a patient, I believe a dentist has an obligation to verbally advise their patients of what to do next, examine the patient regardless of what they are booked in for, in case there are any other treatments needed and also any advice for the future.I must say all the staff were nice but the one that mattered doing the treatment acted like his patient was a nuisance to his day.Now I am sitting in my living room wondering if my tooth has been taken out fully as there is a very hard bump on the side of my gums where the extracted molar once was. In addition to the bump, there is also a lot of grey and beige substance where there is supposed to be a blood clot formed. Also pretty sure that the two teeth next to the one extracted have dramatically moved inwards to the middle of my mouth as I feel them touching my tongue unlike before when speaking. All of the above being said, I will not be going to Genix for any dental treatments again and this is why people are scared to go to the dentist. Very poor service.
