We have been let down by a builder for a few times and Frank with his team has been very patient with us and supportive, he fit us in to his busy schedule when we need it. Also had to overcome few technical problems but with Frank?s expertise got it sorted. Great price and good quality materials. Maggie in the shop has been very helpful and dealing with her was great. Overall highly recommended. Definitely be going back when will need more work doing in the future.

Absolutely fantastic job, over the moon. Wish I could share photos on this review. Floors were all uneven as we knocked through a couple of walls and had a large space to floor. The LVT herringbone in oak looks amazing as you walk through the door and it runs right through the house. Frank and his team A1, we know we couldn?t have got better. Thank you.

Very rude owner. Parked his massive van outside of our house and we asked him kindly to move it as we had a car full of shopping plus a baby and a pram to get out of the car. we have road works on our street and we can?t park over the road and he refused point blank. Very rude reply moaned because he couldn?t get outside of HIS shop so said he wasn?t going to move. Told us it wasn?t his problem so I Had to park a mile away from home with 4/5 trips back to the car with the baby in tow and a pram. VERY RUDE, VILE MAN.
