Arrived at dacia between 10.15 am and 10.20 unsure spent a good amount of time changing car seats over getting kids out the car and getting my stuff out the car to put in my sisters car when I went in to take my keys she said shees just that second cancelled my appointment as it was at 10 o'clock and we have a 15 miniut time slot I told her I've actually been here since then and if I new that I would of ran straight in with my keys not one person told me this when I booked in otherwise I would have rang and said I wouldn't make it . The women on reception possibly rosie or the women with her on Friday 19th July 10.30am was the rudest person and cocky as with me I said to her I've travelled a really long way and no one actually told me this so can't you let me of 15 minutes it's not a long time she then said well it's not 15 miniuta is it it's 30 minuets actually the rudeness of this response was shocking I said well you just said quater past 10 latest so isn't it 15 mins late she then said you wouldn't show up 15 mins late to a doctors appointment and get seen to would you why she would even start arguing with me and bringing doctors up I don't no I didn't responded to this when actually yes you would get seen to indeed I have many times and have never had this issue any car garage or manufacturer I've been to in my 10 years of driving the women was snobby and cocky as over 15 minutes of been late when my car will of been booked in for the day anyway I now have to wait till August to be seen and my warranty will run out meaning I would have to pay for the car don't think I've ever been so discusted with the customer service in my life I asked to speak to the manager baring in mind he was there they wouldn't bring me him she said if I rang them to let her no that would of been fine yet how am I suppose to ring someone with 2 kids in the back of my car while driving pretty sure that's illegal I was stuck in traffic and dread to think the amount of other people that get stuck in traffic and are late and can't ring while driving do youse turn all these people down aswell. I will never use a evans halshaw garage again in my life I am absolutely baffled by it all and shocked to say the least just goes to show when I mentioned how rude and cocky the women was at the desk the man I spoke to even said yeah they can be like that

Bought my car from here all the staff were amazing and couldn?t be more helpful and went above and beyond, Tom Brown was the main sales person dealing with the sale and he made everything so easy constantly in contact with me giving me updates and making sure we were happy with our decisions. Would 100% recommend this depot and can?t thank Tom enough for all the help

James was very helpful, he helped us with any questions we had. He kept us informed from start to finish on how things were progressing.He was very professional, courteous and a credit to the firm.We love the colour of the car and the features it has.Overall a very pleasant experience.

Most depressing experience we have ever had when buying a used car. In my opinion once the car was paid for, their customer service facade fell short. Car in and out of garage more times than we can count. Horrifyingly battle between Evans Halshaw and our finance company to fight to get the issues repaired. I would have lost my job through lack of transport had we not had a 2nd car to fall back on whilst this one in garage. No courtesy car ever offered and each time made to feel we were an inconvenience when begging for faults to be investigated. Staff rolling eyes when we came in 'not them again'. Worse year of my life and biggest mistake ever made purchasing car from them. NO reply either from Formal online complaint made. Will never step foot inside another EH branch again.Hope our experience was an isolated incident, IMO likely not.

Just bought my new car from Evans Halshaw/ Dacia and I have to say Jacob is a credit to the company. He walked me through the process from start to finish and was such a pleasure to chat to, making a daunting process quite enjoyable! I have to also mention having spent a number of weekends walking around garages, I found that most salesmen ignore me and talk directly to my partner even though I am the one buying the car, this was never the case with Jacob, he was professional in every way! So thank you Jacob! Your amazing at your job!

The only thing I thought that could be improved was the MOT pricing, I have booked my car for this at another local garage as your price was way above there's even though I had the service with yourselves.
