Whole experience from start to finish ran smoothly. No false promises and all timescales were met by the Salesman (Kevin Farndale). If I ever had questions regards the sale or if he was unavailable for whatever reason he always contacted me with 15 minutes of my call. I asked numerous questions regarding contracts, MOTS, Servicing, GAP, Insurance, maintenance etc and found his knowledge second to none. Collection day ran like clockwork and can only thank NISSAN and Kevin for making the experience run smoothly. Came down to the dealership last week in search for a new car and was greeted on the pitch instantly by Kev Farndale. I was unsure of what car I wanted but giving Kev some ?must have?s? for my new car he quickly shown me round some suitable cars to fit my needs. There was no pressure from Kev and everything was at my own pace. After test driving 2 cars I finally decided on my new car and went ahead and purchased. I can?t thank Kev enough for all of his help throughout the whole sales and handover process.\\n\\nHighly recommended and will be back in the future!

Top service by Sajid from start to finish, had my car within 72 hours. There was a delay with my paper work and wasn?t able to pick up on the designated day so they delivered the car to me. My Mam and wife have both bought from here also, and I would highly recommend them

Bought a car from Sean Herman and he made me feel comfortable from the first phone call, took the time to look at different cars and go through specs with me, He went through payments with me and I never once felt he didn?t have time for my questions. Kevin was fantastic with us from the start to the finish and made the process, simple, fun and was very knowledgeable on his cars. I had just changed my car only two days before and wish in hindsight I'd had to chance to deal with Kevin instead of the company I'd used. We did get one car from him but will be looking to use Kevin moving forward for our car needs. I would recommend anyone who is looking at changing their car to give Kevin the chance to put together a competitive deal for you, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Avoid at all costs. Called , wasnâ??t answered finally managed to arrange a viewing. When we arrived car was unsafe to drive as brakes were defective. Still agreed to take it, agreed collection confirmed two days before turned up as agreed. Car not ready as brakes were still defective, we paid agreed car would be delivered still not delivered and no cash. Now with fraud team at our bank. Avoid this place.

Couldn't fault the garage for delivering top notch service. Dealt with Chester and he made me feel at ease from the minute I met him. In the end my circumstances changed so I didn't buy a car but the communication and customer service were top notch from both Chester and the new sales manager.

Service staff very busy, had to queue with others while Sale staff laughed, joked and seemingly did nothing. Went and asked for help and Sales staff said the Service there were useless!

I recently booked a viewing on a second hand Aygo advertised on the website and paid a reserve fee. Two days later turned up to find the salesman whom I had the appointment with havenâ??t turned up for work. No matter ,another salesman went and brought round the car for viewing and test drive. The car bore no resemblance to the advert, it being marked and filthy inside and out. We took the car out on a test drive and heard horrendous noises from the rear end which got progressively worse when cornering. Apparently this car had been through the workshop and undergone a 128 point check by a qualified technician!!

Visited a couple of weeks ago to test drive a used car. I had a left a holding fee which I was told would be refunded. Still not been refunded. Not happy. Poor customer service.

Called up because I had changed the Battery on my X-Trail and the radio was requiring a code. Was told at first that the unit would need re-coding at a cost of £35. When I attended the appointment was told they had been trying to call (my fault I gave wrong number) and that they had a code for me. This was provided free of charge and worked perfectly. Excellent service for a dealership that hadn't even sold the car!!
