Just an appropriate post for a staff there called Gemma, we came here to exchange dollars to pounds and I wasn't happy with the rate, so Gemma asked us to use the online service which is like a pre-booking service and we got around 26 pounds better than the walk in service. I couldn't believe the rate. It's always a good thing to point people in the right direction when they need help not just ripping people off. I suggest people do the online service as well which is much cheaper! ?

Ordered a small amount of euros online on Friday afternoon and requested to pick up same day (website allowed). However, the money was not ready until Sunday morning, so just be aware of this if you need last minute foreign currency.
