Awful flowers and even worse customer service. Flowers ordered for wedding, what was delivered was nothing like what was ordered and all arrived dead, staff have sworn and shouted at us, hung up the phone and refused any form of communication, we have been accused of lying and generally insulted. Never have I come across such an unprofessional service. Would not recommend this company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered from this place back in September 2023 for a friend's birthday and what I ordered and what they delivered were two very different things. I had ordered purple, blue and white coloured flowers in a vintage looking watering tin and what they delivered was a cheap looking aluminum watering tin with a tacky looking "happy birthday" sticker slapped on crooked with ugly pink flowers that looked like something I could have bought at the supermarket but I let that go with them. Then I ordered from them for Mother's Day with delivery scheduled for Mother's Day but they delivered on Saturday instead and again the flowers looked cheap and nothing like what I ordered. I contacted them about the fact that I had needed the flowers delivered on Mother's Day and that is what I had scheduled and that is what was on my confirmation but all they had to say to me is that I didn't pay them an extra £4, which I did not see anywhere...not on the website or on the confirmation, and made it out like I was cheap and that it was my fault. I would have absolutely paid whatever they wanted as I obviously wanted them delivered on Mother's day but they did not care at all. This is a terrible florist with terrible people and I will never order from this place ever again. *See the emails below so you can see exactly what kind of people they are

Ordered a bouquet but when it was delivered the photo I was sent by the recipient showed it was predominately filler flowers (gypsophila type bushy filling)

Karen of Cream & Brown Florists provided a wonderful floral crown making class with lots of beautiful flowers and foliage for our 10 person hen party this weekend. Karen was very professional and patience, with a relaxed style. I'd highly recommend! Fantastic quality and value for money. We were very pleased with our beautiful floral crowns!

We ordered flowers for our wedding from this company. What a big mistake. My wedding bouquet fell to bits before I even left the room. Imanaged to push some of the flower back in but it was a mess. I rang to complain and the girl put the phone down on me.i left a message and a man called Paul rang me back. He offered me half the price back. When I explained that I didn't think that was right he told me it was my fault for buying a waterfall bouquet because it was the wrong type of bouquet for this time of year. I felt I should have been advised if that was the case. He was rude shouting over me he would not listen to my complaint. I stayed calm and let him rant on. Eventually he offered me a full refund,but because of how he treated me idid not want the money. I feel people should be aware of how he will react if there is a problem. I would have given a no star review but it would not let me. Steer clearof this company

Ordered from here for the first time ordered the dyed roses driver was friendly and polite when he rang me. No issues will be going back again zero issues at all very professional company in emails too replied within half an hour in my case.Thank you

I ordered an arrangement online from Canada for family in Middlesbrough. This was the second order I made this month from Cream and Browns Florist. Both arrangements are beautiful and my family loved them. This is a great local business that accepts international online orders. They are professional, dependable and very talented. I am glad I found this little gem of a shop. Thanks very much again for your awesome work! I would recommend them highly!

Such a shame to have to write such a disappointing post but after trying to resolve this with the company and being ignored I wanted to share my experience in hope that others don?t have to go through the same thing. I called the florist and asked if they could turn a military badge into flowers for a funeral- to which I was told yes they could. However, what we actually recieved on the day was not what I was told I would receive. In fact there wasn?t one flower in sight! Instead we recieved a tray covered in leaves with a printed/laminated image of the badge on top. Very disappointed considering I went into a lot of detail on the phone about what it was I wanted. We didn?t see the flowers until the morning of the funeral and this is the last thing we needed to happen. I have messages on a number of occasions. The last had apologised and took full responsibility however refuses to pay a refund and turned to starting to egnore me. Absolutely shocking behaviour and even worse customer service.

Ordered a lovely bunch of flowers for my mam for Mother's Day from Cream & Browns florist. Very professional service all round, would use this florist again. Highly recommend.

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day and when they were delivered, the roses were not fresh, some were already browning around the edges. If I wasn't looking after my 2 year old, I would have brought them straight back to the shop. They look like they are dying already. I won't be ordering from here again.

Never never use this florist again ordered flowers to be delivered on 15th March no flowers rang to see what happened to be told there on the van . 16th March still no flowers rang again to the most rude sales assistant I ever dealt with no apology no so sorry .Delivered at 10am ring her back for her to be even more rude told her I be putting a bad reveiw and her anwer was I bet you do omg dam right rude needs to a couse in customer service
