Rarely have everything on a prescription, young male pharmacist has a attitude problem. Not enough staff to cover demand and the ones they have don't care. I phoned it was obvious that the telephone was off the hook. Initially was 7th in line, was caller number 4 for 35 minutes, caller 3 for 25 minutes, the queue was only going down as people must of been sick of waiting, in total I held on for 1 hour 30 minutes and give up. If it wasn't for the fact I can't walk or drive due to having an operation I would of gone in person to challenge them on this.Time to change to tesco, so much for trying to keep the little businesses going, they don't deserve it...!

Really poor service, waiting times are extremely long, staff can?t find prescriptions, walking around like headless chickens not knowing what they are doing.Cues out the door , prescription sitting on the side yet no one calls you. Never known a business to operate so poorly. Changing pharmacies won?t be going back.

Terrible. Was provided an IOU for the remainder of a prescription which they claimed was not in when came to collect. Made to go away and call 111 to get an alternative prescription which they had in but the negligent pharmacist then contaminated the medication. They then magically found the medication I came for 3 hours earlier suggesting they were too lazy to look. Wasted an evening due to the incompetence demonstrated.

Went there for Childern covid vaccine , appointment was booked at 5:20 pm , as soon as reached outside the pharmacy received the call informing that nurse is not there so will have to wait until 6pm So I decided to wait there for the nurse , nurse didn?t turn up at 6pm so another staff member said he is going to put Childern details in the computer and if nurse doesn?t turn up in next 5 minutes he will delete the details . After 5 minutes staff member decided that he would do the covid injection himself because nurse still didn?t turn .Question is if a staff member was authorised to do covid injection why were we made to wait for so long for the nurse ? If he was not authorised to do covid injection why did he decide to do it?

Reading negative reviews left but what I?ve witnessed is a very busy pharmacy with staff under pressure and are doing their very best to deliver good customer service under that pressure ! Always friendly always helpful .remember kindness goes a long way ! .

Would give zero stars if possible. My daughter has been caller no.1 for 45 minutes. What is going on. If you can't provide a service, shut up shop.

Pharmacist Afetsi is very rude and abrupt. I have severe depression and he makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and tries to intimidate me so will never use again. Have gone without medication due to his ignorance

The staff are all really lovely and helpful. I am glad Afetsi the pharmacist came back since the takeover and also Alison is a great pharmacist. I have seen the staff deal with so much hostility from some customers since the pandemic began. I think they have been amazing to keep working through it day in day out because the things I have seen from other customers can be so unkind. So from me - a massive thank you - Nicola Glenc

This is not even a 1 star, but to be able to leave a review you have to tick at least one, never experienced anything like it, no one ever answers the phone, then when they do they always say the prescription isnt there when it was handed in in person 2 days before, i will never use this pharmacy ever again its so much hassle
