“I had such a lovely experience in the Middlesbrough store today. I finished chemotherapy earlier on in the year and finally my skin is getting better but I am still quite conscious about it. I was looking for some advice around skin care and gentle natural products. The lady who helped me, unfortunately I can’t remember her name, was absolutely lovely, she was knowledgeable, and talked me through what would be suitable for my skin as it is now, without trying to sell me the most expensive products. I always love the fantastic customer service you get in all of the Lush stores, but today really stood out. Thank you ?”

“Got £5 points for taking bottles back and also £5 for birthday on my loyalty card so I got 2 bottles of satsuma body wash .at the till told me they were buy 1 get 1 half price so I still have money on my card for next visit. I love smelling all the lovely things on display but satsuma is my favourite.”

For the first time my medication was all correct, while she has been gone all my medication was never correct!! The girls rang to say there had been a change of medication and it was sorted right away. Please don’t go away again Nadia. A gem to that chemist 👩‍🔬”
