staff didn't even bat an eyelid at me. I bought a sandwich, just kept talking between themselves whilst serving me ! absolutely awful service

Yesterday I ate a chicken bake from cooplands. I've been up all night throwing up with food poisoning. Absolutely zero chance was it from anywhere else as the rest of the day I was eating the same things as my partner. Absolutely disgustingIt's been declining in quality for a long time now and to be honest I think it's time they closed their doors. I will hands down never buy anything from there again.

No one is enforcing social distancing, non of the worker wear masks and one of them coughed without her hand over her mouth. And then didn?t wash her hands?

I asked for a vegetable pasty which was taken off a tray labelled ?vegetable pasty? however a few bites in it was chicken!! I took the pasty back to the member of staff who served me in which she didn?t really know what to do..she went back to the tray in which she got my pasty off & it was now labelled ?chicken bake?. The staff had no remorse at all. I even emailed their head office to which I got a reply of ?we will inform the area manager? which I doubt will do anything about it or even if they get told about it!!

the worst cooplands i have been to, the shop is quite scruffy, they had no cheese straws and the woman serving had a very poor attitude. if you want a good cooplands go to the castlegate centre in stockton

Be careful when buying from this shop. Their counter assistant was asked today for a steak slice and a cheese and onion pastie. The slice was fine but the pastie was for someone who is allergic to all meat products and cannot eat meat, or have meat even in her mouth. The assistant got it for us, we took it to the car and then began eating. Two bites in, she realises it is not cheese and onion, but some form of chicken and mushroom combination and now is having an allergic reaction to the meat. The order was made clearly. The assistant seemed as if she was not bothered, did not want to be there and had to be questioned regarding the cost of 4 teacakes and two pasties, well over £4. Next time? There won't be a next time. ?
