Shocking lack of staff and any kind of urgency. Be prepared to watch them working at a snails pace while you queue. Also watch what they put in your sandwich as they never get it

Love this shop and the most amazing staff ever, super helpful and always jolly! Nice atmosphere, always looks clean, shame about the change in salad and pre made sandwiches.Defo be returning on the daily!

Used to love this place. Been coming here years on and off.Staff are generally friendly and helpful.But what went wrong? They have stopped many of the sandwich fillings I used to love. I notice that all beef has gone from the menu and many vegan alternatives have replaced them.I like beef and would like the freedom to choose. So, I will have to choose other options for lunch that do not restrict the choice on my behalf.No idea if there is some woke drivers behind this, but they are losing customers.
