When I got in I got greeted by Spiderman which was really nice and then I got tickets to go watch Spiderman and when I got to my seat I saw spunk on the seat which is very unpleasant to see

It?s a cinema in a great location with free parking, food nearby and tons of screens for tons of movies to choose.However, lack of investment into the seating/building really takes you back to the early 00?s.Easy, but often spend extra to go to showcase instead. Also, bring back ice blasts for heavens sake?

Good cinema but my only real issue is that apart from screen 1 and 4, the other screens need better seating sorted and better quality for their speakers too since they are lacking that.Apart from that, I?ve been with Cineworld for like 7 years as an unlimited member and it?s been quite good. Great atmosphere, lovely people and tons of fun perks with early releases and some freebies included. Recommend!

The staff are great in this place, particularly the manager. Whilst we were waiting for our children, he told us where would be most comfortable to wait, and came over to us later to make sure we were ok. I've taken 1 star off for 3 of the toilets being blocked in the ladies. Apart from that, the place was really clean too.

Some of the seats could do with being reupholstered but remain comfortable. Good central location with parking nearby.Just be careful if parking in the 'free' spaces as wardens will give you a ticket of the see you walking outside of the designated (entertainment) area, even if it's just across the road to look into a shop window.

Big screen with lots of seats. Although, we found the sound a bit too quite and lights should be dimmed more. Toilets were packed and was okay (could be from Barbie hype)

The movie we saw was fantastic however the food was less than poor the nachos where poor quality and the cheese sauce taste off. When I went to the staff member and said this sauce is off taste of pure vinegar the guy said everyone says that it's awful and gave me a salsa dip but again that was rank. Seats were uncomfortable ? and toilets were a disgrace my wife raised a complaint and staff went to see. Poor review I know but I expected more as cinema was lovely 10 years ago

The cinema is very old and outdated now, they have 2 good screens (screen 1 and the 4dx screen) all other screens have the original seats from when the place was built.Screens have constant audio and visual problems. They are well aware of these issues but nothing gets done about it.

Lovely experience over. All very friendly staff at the ice cream stand. But their one failing point is the seating is terrible there's no cushioning left in them and to sit through a 3-hour movie with you butt going numb after the trailer is just no good and makes us want to pay the higher prices at showcase just for a more comfortable seat .

Usually the service is good, but also usually slow.The seats for the regular 2d are of okay comfort but are nothing special and do not recline.As an unlimited card holder I find the value quite good.They should introduce self serve kiosks for food.
