Absolute joke ! Came in to buy a £1 DvD while there was three workers in the store. One was preoccupied with another customer but there another older worker stood doing nothing who could?ve easily served us. We had to wait in line for 15 minutes when there was only us and one other customer. Good luck to the younger blonde lad as he seems to be the only one to do any actual work

I recently got a Wii U and found CeX as the perfect place to get games and controllers for it, I managed to get a good wii u pro controller and pikmin 3 from this one in Middlesbrough, this is also set as my main CeX to go to when I wanna look for something!

Cex sell to the kids broken phones very bad service,don?t buy phone they sale broke phones and you not gona see your money back even they don?t want give you in change another phone.

Please don't bother with the screen protectors, they peel and break really easily, mine had been on for 3 days, it had broken and peeled, it won't protect your phone you're better off buying glass ones for half the price somewhere else.

Right, I don't know where to start. Firstly do not take things here to sell if they are getting tested because they'll say 20mins on a good day but your normally looking at 50mins plus and it's especially annoying when it's a controller and all they have got to do is plug it in like come on it's not that hard like do your job quicker because that's just taking the P here like.Things in glass cases there was a ps5 controller and it had food all over it but if you handed that in they probably throw a fit and say no were not taking that or charger the same amount for controllers that have no rubber grips on.Staff just don't care for the customers especially when trading something in like come on. Plus, it would be helpful if you could know if a game has a manual with it and charge just a bit less for a game that doesn't have a manual (just a tip because I know some cex staff are going to reply to this review) the same thing applies to the cex around the corner because I know someone is allowed there dinner but when your the only person that has got them for something to test yeah just walk of and just some scran why don't you you couldn't plug it in and when I got back you'll be surprised about this it weren't done was it kie COME ON MAN

Store is great and not always but most of the time have everything you want. Once I tried to buy GOWR but they didn't have it in for like 4 weeks, so I just buy it for £50, next week I come in they have it £30 ish. Also the stickers on the box ruin it.

Very annoying children behind the counter who refuse to let you check the items your buying, especially when said item isn't fully complete. I'd expect to be able to inspect what I'm buying, not given a blank stare by a kid who looks high on drugs.

I came in to browse some DVDs, and at the least the ones that I picked up were all empty, like they didn't have the disc inside them. But it wasn't too busy so I'd give it a two star.

Been a member years I can never fault staff here just be aware if you are selling or buying selling can take a little time for devices to be checked so give them an hour and do some shopping in the centre and pop in after job done ??
