Standard Burger King. Service tends to be slow. It's in a shopping centre, not really atmospheric.

Just came into this Burger King and was surprised with how good the customer service was, very polite and helpful. The food was hot and was impressed with the fast service. The seating area had loads of room and was very clean. I do recommend going to this Burger King.

Twice I?ve ordered food from that was delivered by Uber Eats.
Both times the order have items missing.
Never using Middlesbrough again and never using Uber Eats after I watched their park up at Aldi for fifteen minutes.
Both are bloody awful.

All Angus meat burgers not available. In disabled toilets all pull bars covered with dust and makes you question hygiene in other parts of restaurant. Also no sweetener available only sugar. Not good for diabetic.

I popped in for 2 whoppers and a drink but the young lady only placed 1. After receiving my order l explained to the young girl that l ordered 2 and 1 plain with no sauce only lettuce. Was told that she couldn't understand what l was saying as she called another young one and they started whispering and laughing. Rude and disrespectful young girls serving, bad customer service, wrong cold order l was served with sauce whilst l had mentioned, long wait as l confronted the young girl about it. The stuff will need to be changed and well trained. Atmosphere is not pleasant.

This is a bit like McDonald's was, years ago. There's no electronic ordering, so you have to stand in a (not very long) queue for ages to order, then go and wait about while they complete the orders in random order. Very slowly.The food is ok. Nothing special, and certainly not worth the extra money compared to McDonald's.Horrific wailing "music" blaring out all the time. It's all a bit rundown. Fortunately, we didn't need to use the toilets..On a positive note, at least it wasn't the bombsite KFC on Linthorpe Road lol!Parking: There's no free parking in Middlesbrough. Hill street shopping centre is the nearest to this place and it's not cheap.Kid-friendliness: Kids seem to enjoy running around screaming and making a mess, and nobody says a word about it, so in that sense it's child friendly.

I love Burger King, but not this one. I ordered the double bacon xl. I've never had a drier, more cardboard burger in my life! I think it was probably sitting there for hours before I got it. Couldn't finish it. Go to Mc Donald's!
