Seems a well stocked shop, but attitude of staff poor. I was sending a parcel via evri but the assistant was to busy talking to her friend at the counter so could not give her full attention to customers, when she did serve me her attitude was very surly, I was going to buy some groceries but went to the store further along instead.

The guy on the till was on his phone to his girlfriend for the entire time I was there (roughly 15 minutes) and I have no reason to suspect he doesn?t do that all day. Please make sure your staff are professional and doing their jobs or get rid of them.

I went today around 12:20 p.m to return a parcel. The guy at the front doesn't know how to use the Hermz machine, instead of saying he got no clue. He said no we can't return your parcel unless you print out the sheet yourself. I left and went to another shop which just scanned the bar code on my phone, and job done. Please, check your staff are trained and know what to do. He wasted my time.

Refuse to accept DPD parcels despite being a DPD pick up shop. 1st occasion i was told to bring the parcel back in the morning. Second time i was told they do not take DPD parcels and to take it to the post office.

Visited this local store as they offered the service I needed to return a parcel. This service is something I've never used before therefore we approached the counter as there was no other indication of what the process was. The lady at the counter was incredibly unhelpful and flippantly informed us "well you should be over there" pointing to a cluster of 2 machines in close proximity of each other - After standing confused for a few moments she became frustrated and pointed to a piece of paper with illegible hand written instructions. We began to follow the instructions on the machine until the rude lady shouted across to us "I can see your not doing it right 'cause you shouldn't be at the machine for that long". Not only was this humiliating in front of other customers, it was awful customer experience and shockingly rude from this member of staff, being unhelpful and belittling us. We're extremely reasonable and tech savvy people, and I think another colleague recognised this, a young man who came over to help and explain clearly (rather than the cryptic, accusational service prioir). Something the lady could have done in less that 2 minutes from the beginning but instead she was just looking to be difficult. We will not be returning to the store and I suggest this member of staff in particular think about their customer service in the future.

Lol its just BIG Petroil station, not good at all :D I toldthem it already, Sainsburys was at least Quality and gives selections, Never Again :D Lol and they filter negative review LOL
