I was looking for bubble products until i found that the shelves were quite empty and the testers were ruined. A lot of 8 year olds usually get the wrong skincare all the time based on their age and skin type. I'm a few years older than these kids and I get the right skincare for my age so yeah.

Many children shopping there for makeup and record people and products around them. I think the staff should be more considerate and think that 9 year old children should not be buying makeup and adult skin care xxx

The pharmacy is appalling, most of the staff are slow, ignorant and indifferent. It's like watching broken robots trying to reboot. They seemed trapped behind the far counter tootling back and forth in pointless repetition seeming unable to engage with customers.There's one older large woman who seems to excel in this perverse behaviour and treats customers as a major inconvenience.Clearly Boots don't adopt the 3 rings policy either. The phone rings for 3 to 5 minutes before being disconnected.It takes longer to just hand in a prescription here than it does to hand one in and receive the meds elsewhere.The local Boots stores like Coulby and Normandy are streets ahead of this store. This kind of disparity is usually the fault of local management and indifference from regional management.
