There is a lot of wasting time. The cost is high and the work wasn't done as it should be although I returned and asked to fix it but they didn't. I regret going there.

Stay well away from this garage. Their incompetence has cost me more money!Took my car here for an MOT and it failed on 1 tyre. Had the repairs done here too and upon collecting the car we now have lights pinging off 24/7! They have managed to destroy both traction sensor and light sensor just by changing a tyre and doing the tracking! They have even managed to destroy the try underneath my car!!Their incompetence and complete disregard has cost me over £800 to fix their damage to my car!I?d advice everyone to stay well clear

Booked here at the last minute after being messed about elsewhere.Got me in straight away and my mot was done and dusted in about 90 minutes.Lads on reception were polite and had good craic.Would recommend.

I've been driving for over 18years now.. used numerous garages BUT as soon as I started using Auto King in Middlesbrough I haven't been any where else. The staff are brilliant the work done is professional!! I've recommended them to everyone. THANK YOU !!!!

Really bad experience. Took the car in after my MOT identified that a new tyre was needed. They fitted the tyre on the wrong side luckily I kept the old tyre. When I rang them to say that the car has failed it?s MOT again as the new tyre was fitted on the wrong side their response was they re not going to do anything about it and not even apologised. Also paid for the alignment for me to find that they have not done it properly even though they charged for it. Please don?t use this garage as they rip you off and not even do the job properly and give you the worst customer service afterwards so rude and unprofessional.Service: Tires

Booked MOT on their website, turn up at the correct place and time.. Only to find out that they're closed!Website allows you to book an MOT on a Sunday, even though they aren't open!!

I had to install headlight module, one of the door lock sensor and trunk spring for my bmw.I buy all parts from Amazon and went to autoking for installation.Appointment is just fake thing they don't have costumers so you can simply walk in.They took about 6 hours to install this 3 things I guess they don't know how to do it professionally using quick easy triCk they removed my front bumper and installed it I guess because for the time they took .Also one of my headlight is getting water drops inside after they installed headlight module, the position is not inside headlight by the way.when I called and asked them after 5 hours they said I'm sorry for delay but it will be done shortly.Finally when they called me car is ready.When I go there and ask how much, billing guy said after few secs as if they build my engine, 163.42 pounds haha.When I asked him "why so much I was not expecting" he said we charge according to how much time my car took, and saying "it's no good that you didn't asked price before and arguing now". I said no problem paid the bill and first thing comes in my mind is at least I'll write a review about it.I can go on and on about other details. But let's make it simple haha.
