Extremely friendly staff, especially Ted who showed us the property today, he was very helpful. I wanted to view specific property for which I didn't had an appointment and Ted had a busy schedule. I requested viewing and he rang his office to arrange it all and I was able to view the property straight way. Thank you guys

Made an offer pre-auction on a property. No one bothered to acknowledge the offer and follow up. If my offer wasn't acceptable just say, don't ignore me.

I used Auction House situated in the offices of Reeds Rains, Middlesbrough, to sell my house. Andy came to view the house and explained the different options I had. I chose to go down the auction route.\\nI'm so glad I did.\\nI asked him to recommend a solicitor. He did and said they would contact me shortly, which they did.\\nThe whole process of selling the house was painless and Carol kept me informed and updated throughout.\\n\\nThe house was actually sold before even going to auction and within 28 days so the whole transaction was completed before Christmas.\\nThe service was completely painless and utterly professional.

If I can provide 0 star, I will provide. I made maximum bid on online bidding, the system clearly showed me I was the maximum bidder and they sold the house to someone else. They said my bid was same as someone else bid and also they said they were running around when I bid so they didn?t notice. I was even prepared to bid more than my last bid. This is the North East Auction house and I bid for a house in Middlesborough, their response was they have audit trail and my bid was same as someone else bid so sold to other person. I even contacted them as soon as I won the auction to pay 10% but they asked me to wait until whole auction gets over, I contacted them after that but told me that I didn?t win the auction which was shocking and unethical. I requested to send all the video evidence and bid history as I am going to take legal action against them...Stay away from them...Please note I am an experienced investor who constantly buy houses through online auction....

Very happy with the service. Sold an empty renovation property and Andy did a great job of the pre-sales advertising and showings. Far reached expectations and house sold for nearly 50% more than my realistic expectations, or if it had been sold through a regular estate agency.

I have bought a number of properties through the Auction House and Andy and Carol have been great to deal with. Both have been very helpful and nothings been too much trouble. I have been kept in the loop all the way through the process. Would definitely recommend!

As executor, I had excellent help and advice selling my late brother's house. The sales process is smooth, quick and easy to understand. Pre-sales publicity including open viewings is extensive. The auction itself is well organised and I ended up selling for significantly more than the reserve.
