Came in to buy some oats for work and asked for a VAT receipt at the till. A lady named Sam told me that Asda don?t do VAT receipts and then asked me why I would need one? She wasn?t very helpful at all, in fact she was rude and loud and making me feel uncomfortable about asking for help. To be honest her customer service skills were non-existent. Glad to know Asda are striving to deliver mediocre customer service in their Ormesby store, I shall not return

Called in here this morning after a night shift and was really looked after by 'sarah' on checkout. I couldn't get my NHS discount app to work, however, Sarah, took over my phone and persevered until she got it sorted for me. A big thank you to this very kind and helpful lady x
