I was shopping for a few crew members of a ship. I'm wise on how they sell multi packs. Both the same brand, as i wanted a multi pack and it's cheaper to buy 2x6 pack, Asda why is this the case ?. Note also the receipt isn't worth the paper it's written on because you seemed to have missed out on what the individual products are & just categorised them as snack, sweet, biscuits, drinks. Note lidi and Aldi gives me a complete description of my goods bought.

I am outraged at the fact that a childs toy (stitch the blue gremlin alien thing) was bent over backwards forming a human centipide with his fellow alien comdrades. Not sure why the beans werent pre heated and the toast hadnt been in the toaster to make bread. Tried having a bbq with the family but you cant cook chicken if there aint no gas, not that it mattered i dont even know how to make a pot noodle.A basket decided to grow legs and walk down to aisle 11.

Huge car park.
Visited for the first time on a Friday around midday. Wasn't too busy.
Visited the pharmacy and then did a shop using the app to scan my shopping.
Store layout a little strange. Toilets are at the entrance though which makes it easier if you need to use.
When you walk into the store itself you walk straight into the clothing and toy / gift section.
It's not the biggest I've ever seen but looked stocked appropriately.
Found it strange that the alcohol aisle is right in the middle of groceries but I suppose the lay out of the store is set up based upon what they sell the most maybe?
Store was clean. When I got to the checkout the staff were easy to approach and helpful.
Overall not a bad asda to visit due to the vast amount of parking, but the store is quite small.

Pizza counter is closed more than it's open . Always say understaffed but the shops quiet. Get more staff . Seems tho half of the shop is self service .... raging is a understatement.

My husband and I drove past your store today and noticed the diesel price on the lit up sign said 135.7 per litre so we decided we would fill up on our way back home which was actually a slight detour to get home. My husband filled up the car and when he looked at the petrol pump price it actually said we had been charged 139.7 per litre of diesel. We feel as though we have been conned here as the price should have been 135.7!!!!!!! It was incorrect to advertise the lower price and I am sure we were not the only ones to be conned!!!!!!! Is there any explanation for this?

Waited 15 minutes at the self service checkout for assistance, it wasn?t the staffs fault they were running around like crazy. I noticed everyone around me was having trouble with items in the bagging area. The poor staff were so busy handing out plastic bags they clearly didn?t have time for everyone. Maybe it was bad timing but it seemed very unfair to both customers and the staff. Other people weren?t happy with the amount of time they were spending at the checkout area too.

Placed an online order 15/06/24 for 3rd party express delivery £8.50 (delivered by Uber) at Asda Southbank.
So between Asda and Express delivery. A full bag of my shopping with almost £30 has gone missing? 5 item in total (not the first time).
My refund? reject! I rang Asda customer services as soon as I requested a refund. I knew they would reject refund as their usual response is it shows delivered to your address.
The whole Express deliver is so flawed as your trapped between Asda and Uber who will take no responsibility. Instead it?s the buyer who is penalized (no items and no refund) HOW CONVENIENT for both companies.
Be very careful when using Asda's Express delivery its flawed!

This is a decent Asda and the staff are lovely but the lack of trollies is becoming a joke; you can't get a trolley for love or money and it's been this way for at least 2 months if not longer. And the amount of rubbish in the aisles is getting out of hand, it wouldn't take much for someone to whizz round the store every couple of hours and pick it up!
Be aware that the petrol price is different on the sign and at the pump....don't know if this is false advertising but it really needs sorting out.
Get it sorted Asda, this store is letting you down.

Went shopping for first time with family no trolleys available.told to look outside and there must of been around 15 people walking around carpark looking for trolleys.so we left and went to Stockton Asda..manager needs sacking.. shocking.

I have shopped at your store for over 35 years but recently it has been almost impossible to get a trolley to do my shopping this wk I was waiting for 15 mins and in the end I gave up and went to the Thornaby store which I don't like driving to and they had loads of trolly's . This needs rectifying or you will loose customers.
