I went there on the 26/08/2025 around 17:00 and there was this lady selling the bags at the self checkout, very nice lady , very helpful been too so many branches of Aldi and she?s the first nice person I have met at self checkout. Aldi needs more people like her.Have a nice day too Lady

What can I say! carpark was full of rubbish. Quite scruffy, sha.e as some of staff were lovely. Security guards in shop! What does this say about the area. Infact, I did not feel safe parking up, or just walking cross the carpark to go to store. Never again

Absolutely vile and disgusting staff!!!!
I went there with my child who has hearing loss and requires hearing aids unfortunately my son had lost one so we had to then go back to find out theat they were kicking my son's hearing aids all over the floor taking the piss out of him it's vile and disgusting just because my child has a disability he gets picked on that not fair will not be going their again!!!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store due to the behavior of the security guard(Ali). As a single mom just trying to do my shopping, I was shocked by how rude and disrespectful he was. He acted as though the uniform gave him the right to speak down to people, and there was absolutely no reason for the way he treated me. It felt like he was using his position to intimidate rather than help customers. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, and sadly, that was not the case here.

Standard aldi with everything you need

Decent sized store with good selection of product and very tidy/clean when I visited. But ultimately the customer service provided by a worker, a Nathaniel I believe, was the highlight of this store though.
Had never been to this Aldi before as I was travelling and the layout was different than my usual and for the life of me I could not figure out where the specifics I were looking for were. Asked him in passing if he could point me in the right direction, expecting a vague point somewhere or to be dismissed as I knew I was being a pain. But to my surprise not only did he help me find my way, while escorting me he was super friendly and approachable, had a pleasant chat, and didn't make me feel like the inconvenience I felt like I was being.
Once he helped me find what I was after he asked if there was anything else he could help with, and left with a smile once I was all sorted. It's rare to feel particularly valued as a customer but Nathaniel sets the gold standard.
