Easy to use website, helpful staff (Joe) I picked some tile samples which arrived quickly and well packaged. Quick reply to emails and Joe assisted me when I asked if he could colour match my grout to the tiles I had chosen. Adhesive and grout and other items as well as my tiles were all packaged well and arrived quickly and the delivery went without any issues. Would recommend this company and use them again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very prompt at sending out samples, easy to choose from the beautiful tiles, everyone at the Melmerby showroom was incredibly friendly and even delivered the tiles to me (30 mins away) to help out. Highly recommend.
