Food was so bland! No flavour what so ever. Wouldn?t recommend, cold and chicken was slimy.
Staff serving are lovely but food just isn?t great.

Excellent! Our order was ready for collection within 10 minutes. We ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, with egg fried rice. Best we've had for a long time.

The food is pretty good. To be honest the only real thing that lets the place down, is order to recieving time can be a loooong wait. If they got that sorted, reviews of cold and late food would be a thing of the past.

The food was 36 minutes late it was cold when I received it and the girl who dropped it of was not even trying to apologise for being late I know nothing will come of my review but at least it?s of my chestNew Shanghai never again!!!

I made a telephone order at 6pm, i went to collect it at 6.20 pm, was told it will be ready in 2 minutes, at 6.45pm my order wasnt ready, was told again it will be 2 minutes, eventually it was ready at 6.50 pm.The girl behind the counter was rubbish just kept making excuses for the delay, i would not recommend the service was terrible.

Don't listen to many of these reviews on Google. The majority of reviews on their website (Foodhub) are 5 stars. They are rated 4.5 stars on there with hundreds of reviews!Personally, I think the food there is great. A personal recommendation is special Szechwan (65M)

Asked for plain noodles and gave me beansprouts, went back and they said they don't do them plain though I had then last week. Lady at the desk needs to learn manners.

Sadly this is the last time I?ll be ordering from here. Used this place for years with a few hiccups over that time. Tonight, a meal for 2 of us £33 said it would be delivered at 19.07.. 19.30 it came, (after I?d phoned) It arrived cold and lacking the chips.. I rang up and they said they?d send them straight away.. 20 minutes and another phone call later, they arrived..we?d finished our food by this point.. very poor service.
