After initially bringing a tyre/wheel from a caravan for repair, following advice from caravan service this was changed to 2 new tyres. The lady manager/technician had to order the new tyres, remove the old ones from the rims, in preparation for the new tyres to be fitted as soon as they were delivered the following morning. As promised I received a call first-thing saying the tyres were ready to collect. Fantastic service, especially with being short-staffed - thank you Kwik Fit Marske!!

Took my works vehicle in on Monday it needed all brakes and disks replacing and two tyres. Kem and team sorted it out for me no bother at all. Thanks guys ?

Had an excellent experience at the Marske branch today. My initial call was answered promptly and in a very friendly manner. On arrival at the garage, Kem could not have been more friendly and I saw her dealing with a number of customers in an equally professional manner.
I understand that they were short staffed today but both Kem and the Manager Jess worked extremely hard, answering the phones, replacing tyres and meeting and greeting customers, all with good humour.
KwikFit, you have two excellent members of staff in Kem and Jess, please pass my thanks on

My go to garage. Top notch customer service and never an issue. No matter what is wrong with my vehicles they always go above and beyond to offer advice and make sure the work is carried out to a high standard. I recommend kwik fit marske to family and friend all the time. The manager Jess and assistant manager Kem are always friendly and professional.

Went to Kwik Fit Marske to get the Balance weights changed from chrome to Black on all wheels and also mentioned the Front Right Tyre had gone down .4 Bar overnight so please look at that. They found nothing wrong with the Tyre ?.
The following day again the Tyre had gone down by .4 Bar so I took the Car to a Different Kwik Fit this time in Guisborough and it was a completely different experience and I walked out of there after dropping my car off confidently knowing the car would be sorted when I collected it. They phoned me within 20 minutes having found the Front Right Tyre Valve had a Hole in it and mention the other 3 were old and in poor condition, so I had them changed too. Total cost of about £24. Excellent Service from Guisborough throughout. These are now my Goto Garage for Tyres etc in the Area.

I needed my brakes sorting on my works van last minute I was a good couple of hours from home and struggling to find anywhere to get me in luckily the staff were really friendly I think it was Kim I spoke to and she managed to squeeze me and they got me back on the road within a couple of hours

Excellent service by two very busy people. Given a health check - very thorough - followed by replacement tyres. Work carried out very efficiently, despite several other drivers coming in looking for help. Friendly and helpful service throughout.
