I had never heard of this shop before but discovered after trying to find a specific item online. Delivery was very quick; I placed my order online and it was dispatched the same day! I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely order from here again.

I bought a Jack Skellington Christmas bauble and it arrived a couple of days later. I was astonished at the speed, seeing as other things I've purchased from other sites online seem to take an eternity to arrive in comparison. Very pleased! The bauble looks great too.

Brilliant supplier! I ordered my item on Friday afternoon and it was delivered by 9am the following Monday via standard free delivery. The OXO Good Grips salt and pepper grinders are great and were very competitively priced. I'm a very pleased customer who wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

Great model shop . Really inexpensive. Staff very helpful.We did find it a little hard to get into the shopping mall. my husband uses a mobility scooter, and the entrance is up steps from the front of the store. The way to go is down a side alley from the back of the building past the cinema entrance ! If you are from Malton you would know this, however we are not and hence parked close to where we thought we would go in .

3pm close on a Saturday, really? We arrived after being stuck in traffic to find these archaic opening times in what should be the busiest day of the week, to find the door closing as we arrived. Fair enough, we were late, and 3pm closing is advertised, but it?s not in the best interests of your customers. I?ll be using Amazon from now on, it?s open 24/7.

We have been to this toy shop several times now and each time they have been incredibly helpful. It is a very unique place and well worth a visit. It is very much like Diagon Alley.
