After moving to Rydale 1yr ago, I started using things surgery. After several appointments over this time, on every occasion I have left the surgery feeling worse than I did when I entered. I repeatedly have complained about the same problems and feel the doctors don't listen or take me seriously, they or should I say one or two of them play God. The reason being that they admit I must have a problem but only choose to give me inadequate treatment for a few days per month. I would give no stars if possible.So my next appointment, what is it they say the definition of insanity is? Try the same thing again and again and expecting a different result. Well hay ho here we go trying the same meds that have already been tried over the decade's I've been suffering from my problems and expecting these same meds to work, at the same time stopping the meds that do work slightly on 15 days of any one month that they will prescribe them for. I know "unbelievable" well I won't go on as I'm sure anybody reading this will get the idea. If it's more than a cough or cold, by all means use this practice but don't necessarily expect to receive adequate help.

So thankful for this surgery. The staff were very busy, yet so polite and helpful.
I had something minor that didn?t require a doctor, but did require a prescription.
I had been putting off ringing because of this.
When I did ring, they listened and gave me the prescription I needed (had I not gotten this, the minor things would have become a hospital visit)
Because of the way they listened and treat the minor issues that could be great, they not only avoided me having to go to the hospital, but also removed panic and anxiety about the situation.
I really can?t thank them enough.....x
