This is and honest and accurate Review of my personal experience using this Branch of Specsavers -My last appointment was yesterday at 2pm - having waited for nearly 25 minutes, with NO APOLOGY!! I took my glasses and left, without having them tested.Mostly friendly and helpful staff.Had to have 2 eye tests as first prescription was incorrect: Wrong lenses (mag) and lenses had to be re-positioned as again, incorrect.APPOINTMENTS: Unfortunately, I have NEVER been seen on time - the last few times I have had to wait over 20/25 minutes - I found this very irritating and even more annoying, NO APOLOGY!It's clear some staff DO NOT have any sense of time, or there is a lack of efficiency and organisation??If you are a stickler for time and being seen on time, I would think twice about making an appointment at this Branch of Specsavers, as like me, you will be very disappointed.The Branch is also situated / located awkwardly in the town - very difficult to park.I will now be gladly going back to SPECSAVERS NORTHALLERTON - to get my new UV Lenses and another spare pair or reading glasses. Thankfully, ALL staff here are friendly, helpful, more efficient, organised and SEE YOU ON TIME!Oh, and one last annoying thing, NOBODY SEEMS TO ANSWER THEPHONE WHEN YOU CALL THE BRANCH!Response to Branch:I am NOT on Social Media at all - so, cannot respond on Facebook or Twitter (X).As I said, it's a true and accurate account of my experience with the Branch (Swiss Optician and Justine -Lens Specialist) mainly.There is no point in contacting you / the Branch, as I won't be returning and will be going back to Specsavers, Northallerton.Thank you.

I am extremely grateful for the professional and courteous manner of all the staff at Specsavers Malton .All my questions and concerns were dealt with efficiently and respectfully by Louise the optician.. I would happily recommend this branch to family and friends and look forward to returning after my next cataract operation. A big thank you to all the staff for your dedicated service.

Both my son and I visited Specsavers Malton recently and from minute one of walking thro the door the staff could not be nicer. They explained every topic very clearly and nothing was too much trouble - Fabulous service and great value for money.

Very pleased with my new varifocals . I was warned they might take a couple of weeks to get used to but they were perfect from the start . No problems at all . Staff were very helpful and amazing as always in the Malton store . Very pleased with my glasses and service

I decided to have a change of frames and wasnt sure what would suit me best. I received excellent help from Jenny whose advice helped me make my decision. I am very pleased with the end result.

such a pleasure going here, friendly helpful & professional.discovered I needed prisms? urgently, got me an appt at York hospital in just a few days, amazing! what a difference my new specs make, & ready within a week, I cant recommend Malton enough.

friendly, professional and welcoming. Efficient service. I have being going for repeat eye tests for the last few years following my parents, sister and nephews being repeat customers due to the high quality service provided in the Malton shop.

Just needed to nip in and pick some frames as i already had my prescription. Lady dealt with us straight away. In and out in 15 mins glasses ordered to pick up in 2 weeks.
