Absolutely disgraceful company, they were quick to take my money, I had to return my item by recorded delivery which they received, and when my refund was due they stopped replying to my emails, what an awful service to customers. They are giving their own company a very bad name.

Ordered training tops on the 16th of November, we were told it takes 20 days. after the 20days I asked about the order and I was told I would be able to pick it up before Christmas. In January I attempted to pick the tops up but was told that the prints hadn't been delivered, I have been calling and emailing since to find out when we might receive them but I don't get a reply and have now been told on the phone that boxes have gone missing with our order in it, so I am getting different stories.It seems very disorganised and the customers service has only gone downhill. I can only recommend to stay clear of this company.

Ordered via the website on the 27th September, stated 20 days for delivery max however turned out to be a supply issue which is understandable, however I had to reach out to them to get this information, agreed we would leave it another couple of weeks, nothing, contacted them again asked for a refund which I was told via the chat would be processed, this is when the lies started. Contacted them a week later asked why the refund hadn't been processed, no reason given only to be told they would arrive with them on Friday, we are now on Tuesday and I've had no notification on postage and no refund.Wouldn't recommend to anyone, as they have been dishonest and haven't issued a refund, unacceptable!

Ordered my son's training kit in September and it still hasn't arrived and it's November now. When you call them they just fob you off with an excuse of supply issues. Most kids in our son's teams have been waiting for months too. Will never order from this company again and have requested the coach does not use this company ever again. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent service from Dan and the team at Pro-Am!Would recommend to other sporting clubs who need high quality kit. The customer service was outstanding, we had shirts arrive quicker than expected and payment was easy.Pro-Am also kept me updated on the order, throughout. We had 26 personalised football shirts for our tour to Madrid!Thanks again

Fantastic company! Kept me informed every step of the process. Had no problem contacting them! And our football kit looks class!One item I ordered was on back order, the website stated this when I ordered it, and the team followed up with an email letting me know a date the mid layer was next available from Nike! Can?t fault them!Don?t know what all the negative reviews are about! Everyone I spoke to were extremely helpful and I could contact them easy via email and phone!Thank you Pro-Am Kits! Highly recommend to all clubs and teams!

I placed an order for several items on 08/10/2020 with the website stating some items were available for immediate dispatch, and others available to be dispatched in 7-10 days. Over 10 weeks later (21/12/2020) I am still yet to receive all items within the order, and have not been given a reason as to why. I tried chasing the order up over 4 weeks ago and have not received a response. Extremely disappointing, poor customer service. When will my order be completed?
