“Having just had a Knee Replacement just 11 days previously, I needed to pick a few things up from Superdrug in Malton. I got to the entrance and was struggling to manage carrying a basket, because of using elbow crutches. Immediately one of your Assistants was at my side asking if she could help, she took my basket as I told her everything I needed, which she promptly found. Unfortunately I do not have her name but this was Wednesday 24th April around 12 noon, . I was so grateful for her help, and cannot thank her enough, wonderful customer care x”
