Heroes. Thank you so much for what you did foe me today, you went above and beyond. From those in the prescription counter, esp one lady who went into shop part in order to help me get items to help me recover quicker, to the driver who was so pleasant, friendly and reassuring.This is a pharmacy that cares, has empathy and wants to help people.This is now my pharmacy and hopefully this review will give others confidence to use.Best pharmacy in the area.Thank you all so much, youre all heroes and wonderfully amazing people.Again, thank you for your help today. Blonde middle aged lady's attitude is terrible. Seems to have a chip on her shoulder and no customer service skills. Will not be returning to this chemist.

I would give it ZERO stars if I could. My mother doesn't English that well and my mother has said whenever she goes to get prescriptions, the lady with blonde hair, middle aged and with short/medium hair length is always rude.Today my sister tried to get a prescription for myself. The same pharmacist asked when did I order it and my sister said she wasn't sure. Then the blonde middle aged woman had a go at her in front of other customers. She didn't help or offer other help 9n where my medication was.I got prescriptions before and some of the staff are nice but on rare occasions.Absolutely appauling customer service. That blonde middle aged lady should not be working here! She's judgemental towards people of different ethnicities and people whose first language is not English!
