We would definitely use Andrew and Cundalls again if we were to sell another house, they have been fantastic throughout and extremely helpful in navigating the full sale of our property, Andrew spoke to us weekly to update us on the sale process, no request was to big or to small for him, we managed to find the right buyer for the house in a tough market, he was always just a phone-call or text away, with it being our first sale we knew very little about the sale process, Andrew helped us then with getting the right paperwork and property checks to make the sale go through as seamlessly as possible. We have bought one property and sold two properties through Cundalls now and have received excellent advice, updates and service from Andrew Wood. Their photographer did an excellent job and the brochure produced attracted an almost overwhelming response from potential purchasers. Cundalls understood the broad range of purchasers our property might appeal to and throughout the process Andrew kept us updated regularly and when issues arose they were dealt with speedily and overcome with a very practical approach. I would have no hesitation recommending Cundalls Estate Agents.
