Ordered a birthday present from Milners of Leyburn for my daughter which went astray somewhere along the Evri journey. Evri was extremely unhelpful so contacted Milners who were superb and responded quickly. They located the parcel and posted it, free of charge by Royal Mail next day delivery, so that it would be in time for her birthday. Excellent customer service.

Absolutely love visiting Milners as it?s a true gem. There?s so much choice for both ladies clothing and giftware, it?s definitely somewhere where you can find something everytime you visit.

My wife and I visited Milners to check out some wool for a project. What a beautiful shop. Staff and friendly and helpful. As well as wool there are ranges of Seasalt, Whitestuff and other clothing too. All clean and smells lovely. A real credit to the staff and the town.

I pop in and out of Milners regularly for sewing bits and pieces and have seen their craft items increasing over the past few years which is so helpful. This morning, Janet surpassed herself with helpfulness! I had some Anchor embroidery threads which I couldn't find replacements for. Janet looked up a conversion chart on google and I managed to find their equivalent from their extensive DMC stock.Thank you so much for taking the trouble to help me.Shop looking gorgeous at the moment with lovely items for autumn/winter.

Absolutely brilliant service from Milners, from help with deciding on fabrics, style and fit. We had new curtains and blinds and they look amazing and the quality is fantastic. We will be requiring new blinds for the rest of the house and will definitely be heading back to Milners. Thank you.

Keith goes above and beyond for his customers and has created a shop and ethos that is second to none. I put a jacket with a broken zip into the shop to get fixed. I just got the jacket back. Not only did they fix the zip, it appears they removed some paint on my jacket. My jacket looks as good as new. I am so happy. Thank you.

Having found what seemed like the last remaining handbag in the country that I needed for a Xmas gift, I phoned to check they had it in stock. The team at the shop were friendly, helpful and swift with my queries and offered to send the parcel quicker than normal to ensure I had it before Xmas! I'll admit that I'm normally a dedicated online shopper but this experience reminds you why shops are best! Thanks for saving my Xmas and ending my last minute shopping panic!
