Disappointing. Ask the butcher for he?s best pork Sausages but these where awful! My husband said they tasted stale. Not the best taste. ?

Recently bought a pork shoulder joint from Hall's butchers - it crackled perfectly and was absolutely delicious!!! Yes, it was more expensive than the supermarket joints but far superior in taste and worth every penny.

Love this place.... Couldn't get nicer meat anywhere. Lovely family ran business. We travel every few months to get two huge hampers worth every penny! Delicious/ luxurious meat!Would never go anywhere else for meat. High quality standard. And I LOVE his homemade beef wellingtons!

Bought a vacuum packed large rib eye steak. It was large but that was all that was good about it. Very tough and tasteless. Friends also bought 2 and they were the same.
