We?ve eaten, drank, stayed and held large functions at The Green Dragon and always had a fantastic experience. The food is incredible (breakfast is always my favourite) and the drinks, particularly during the beer festivals, are brilliant with loads of choice.
The 3 bedrooms are really high end and the staff are always great, we love it here and can?t wait to stay again.

Can't really leave a review as they couldn't serve 7 people for a meal, only for 6 people, couldn't even offer 2 tables and not even busy. If your a group try elsewhere, poor show

Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that there was on a 1 pot dish available. The full menu was off. Had this information been posted on their website we wouldn't have made the journey.
On the first couple of times we ate here we really enjoyed it which is why we returned. Then there was a problem in one way or another so we stopped going, until towards the end of October 24. It was a disaster again. We thought they would have resolved their issues by now, sadly not.
This is a community owned/run pub/restaurant and it ought to be doing extremely well,, it's sad to see that what they can do, sometimes, is get the guest beers right!

Lovely local pub, could tell we were the only ones not from the neighbourhood! Friendly service but really really busy on a Friday evening. Food was excellent!

Just recently moved to the area. Been looking for a friendly local? WELL what can I say. Met the landlord and the 5 o?clock club this evening. What a fabulous bunch of welcoming people. Also eaten here in the past and top notch. Can?t wait to return. If you?re looking for excellent beer, scrumptious food, a good laugh and a hug off the landlord get yourselfs here. Guaranteed good time ????

Arrived Wednesday 6.35 asked for a table for three to eat. ordered drinks told food would be a bit of a wait. We said fine as it was not very busy.
Got menu, waited , waited and waited they had approx 12 people in eating / waiting or ordered.after we were ignored for almost 40 mins waiting my wife went to WC on her return the waiter asks are you ready to order. ?? Not after been ignored for 4o mins , he said ok then took a table of 2's order who had been in the pub 5 mins . Unbelievable to be fair. Normally a great pub with good food no idea why tonight was a complete disaster. But unfortunately you won't see us anymore.
