Hopeless - avoid - Post Office counter was closed for over an hour in the middle of the day whilst the staff member went for lunch?despite it being advertised as open? What is this?? Soviet Russia?
Lunch breaks are a key time of day when members of the public need to use the Post Office counter? if you wish to close it then alter the opening hours to reflect this?
Get with the 21st century, not the 1970s

Needed to collect something by a specific date, had it delivered here so I could guarantee it... piece of paper on the door saying 'closed today'. Will avoid like the plague for anything I need to rely on in future.

I had an important envelope to go out to my Spanish solicitor and wasn't sure of the options. The very pleasant lady on the counter, Jane, explained the differences and dealt with it all very quickly and efficiently. Great service with a smile and banter.

Absolutely amazing service today went to renew two driving licence pictures and helped with me needing postal orders for each one and sending recorded delivery but kept me right so everything had been dont correctly thank you so much for all the help and making sure it was all done correctly couldnt have asked for a better service

Possibly the most helpful and friendliest service I have received. Jayne is consistent in her personal approach and always has a smile for every customer. I was helped today filling out a form and despite there being a little of a queue, I was not hurried or made to feel a nuisance. Jayne was at hand to correct my mistakes and made the process much clearer and easier. Thank you

Came into the post office today to send off my driving license application and was served by Jane who was AMAZING! She checked over my form for me as I found it very difficult to fill out (this sort of task is very difficult for me due to my ADHD) and helped me fix all the many things that I had done wrong. She was so kind and patient with me (even when I had to go home and come back twice due to me forgetting to include certain documents in the envelope) and never made me feel stupid despite all my mistakes. Amazing service with such compassion and excellent assistance. Thank you!
