Received an email stating my parcel containing 3 items was ready to collect. Went to collect and was told that it wasn’t there. I said it must be as I had received the notification. Really poor customer service, I was waiting 15 minutes at the click and collect area with no one coming to attend to me. I had to walk around the store to hunt down a member of staff.

Made several purchases this evening before the store closed Two colleagues on their phones, no interest in serving me. I put the items next to the till, ' that till is closed can you move to this till' the Next colleague wouldn't do it.
