Terrible experience. Lady on the tills was rude and very unfriendly. Made me not want to go back as such a horrible interaction. I tried been over friendly to kill with kindness but was met with blunt snappy sarcastic miserable responses. Looking around at other customers reactions they were in agree that the lady was providing terrible customer service. Before I left I noticed her closing the till so her shift was over, good job as she should not be representing the store for longer. This happened today around 7pm, till furthest from the exit. I usually shop in Lidl but found the staff rude on 2 occasions so don't visit as often now

I frequently see students in school uniform forcing open the gate to exit through the entrance door. The staff ignore this & harass people from ethnic minorities who patiently wait in the long queues to pay for their shopping. Your priorities are completely out of line with reality.
