I feel ripped off! The chair we bought was really uncomfortable and cut off the circulation in my legs. Very unfriendly customer services and the charged a 25% restocking fee. Not impressed and we will never shop there again. Reas the terms and conditions very carefully.

Liam Evans was really knowledgeable & helpful when selling us 2xbar stools.Our other ones had failed from a different store & hecaregully explained about his product. The stools arrived within a week & Liam put them in our car.He also sold us their 5 year warranty cover too.He is a great member of staff

Purchased a sofa a while ago, but cushions are very uncomfortable. We were hoping they would soften over time, but unfortunately this has not been the case. I went into the store sometime ago and was told to email aftersales. I emailed them several weeks ago asking if there was an option to exchange the cushions or purchase different ones, but have heard nothing back.

I visited BAS Knaresborough on 17.09.24, and was greeted by Molly. I explained my requirements, (based upon an impending property contract.)
Molly was patient, knowledgeable and in no way pushy towards making a sale.
Upon finding an item that was suitable to my needs, and was available ex-display, Molly reserved the piece, giving me two days to commit to a purchase.
This is furniture shopping, the way it used to be.
