Wasn?t a nice experience this morning, the assistant who helped me on self service completely blanked what I was saying to him and didn?t say a word to me and walked off. Great customer service

This store is a disaster.It is inconsistent with stocking. It is rare I can go in there and always get what I need. Charges premium prices for average products. Holds locals to ransom with its pricing due to its rural location.This is not a reflection of the staff that work there although there's obviously a massive retention issue, its obviously higher up the chain that's failing them as well as the customers. It's not always possible to shop local, I am lucky as I can drive and can nip to Lidl. There are many that cannot. Store should of been a game changer for Kirkbymoorside. Its a massive failure.
