“I have been a few times in the salon, it is a very welcoming place with gentle music playing quietly in the background, all the beauticians are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My treatments are pedicure and back massage.I've chosen the youngest lady, Caitlin for my treatments because I like to show support for learners -we all started somewhere at the bottom and worked ourselves up.Caitlin is a beautiful young lady, she is very helpful, caring, very supportive and attentive- and very concerned about my comfort throughout the treatments.Her pedicure is really good, she's very thorough and makes sure to check if I'm happy with everything she is doing for me.The second part of my treatment is a back massage. The room is nice, slightly darkened and warm with lovely calming music, Caitlin leaves the room so I can get myself comfortable on the table. She's asking throughout if I feel alright and if she is applying too little or too much pressure on my back/ shoulders. Her hands are amazing, very strong but yet soft. Caitlin knows I have disc problems in my spine and also my shoulder trouble from an old injury. Throughout she is checking if the pressure isn't too strong or too weak, she's working on parts I've pointed out to her, applies pressure as much as I like-on my shoulder I call it "de-knotting", she is actually amazing at it as I've pointed out to her employers a few times.The treatments help me to get some peace from the pain for about a week, 10days.I've had a different, older lady doing my treatment but left her due to her reducing the time and increasing her prices, too high for the amount of time spent and not as long lasting effects.Thank you Caitlin, I appreciate your hard work!
