Stopped at whetherby a short while ago and decided to treat myself to a noodle box. The team on today were so effective and I could see they were working together really well, the queue was served so fast, the food was piping hot and I really enjoyed my katsu chicken box!

Everything was great until I sat down and saw Alan licking his fingers after serving someone's food then didn't wash his hands ,then proceeded to put his little finger into his ear and poke around before continuing to serve needless to say we won't be using chow again as we are a regular traveller and often pop into the services here

Food is mediocre, not allowed to mix regardless of what box your getting, prices don?t match as everything is added separately, service is on fast forward even if nobody is at the queue? absolutely horrible place. Expensive but lace with mediocre food and they?re telling you what you?re not allowed, not what those boxes are. 42.13£ for 3 boxes, disgusting place

FOOD POISONING - Just recovering from a confirmed case of food poisoning (camplybactor), which I could only have got from this food outlet. Had the Thai green chicken curry meal deal and massively regret it. Eat here at your own risk. It?s cost me 10 days of severe illness!

The food was horrid. I went here as I assumed it would be like Chopstix you find in other service stations. How wrong I was?
The noodles were tasteless and the toppings were not much better. The fact that they call themselves an ?Asian kitchen? is a straight up insult to Asian cuisine
Certainly one to avoid.

We stopped at the moto food place, and I wanted to try and eat healthier so I went to Chow, big mistake. The woman who served us was quite rude and unheigenic; she was coughing all over the place. Also to the previous customers she acted the same way. And to make matters worse, a day after rating there I was sick, coincidence, I think not! As there was no other liable reason besides from that.

Absolutely Amazing. £12.99 I got Noodles, 3 X toppings, Drink and 3 x gyoxza. Tasted amazing! I got teryaki chicken, sticky chicken and sweet and sour. Great portion and tasted amazing!

Worst experience and worst behaviour from the staff. Service doesn't get even a single star. Male staff at the store was very rude

Worst ever experience from an outlet. The male staff was extremely rude and was not even interested in answering the questions, just served whatever he liked instead of what we asked for. Do not recommend this type of experience to anyone. Management should likely look into this kind of staff
