Four of us went for lunch. Cate was our waitress and she made the meal for us with her sunny personality and professionalism. Wthree of us had sirloin steaks and one had the beef and wine pie. It was all delicious and the place was really busy.

We really enjoyed our experience at the curious cow. The main stand-out was Matt. He was so welcoming and genuinely friendly (not just putting it on to be polite!). He went out of his way to look after us and we really appreciated this. The Curious Cow is decorated so lovely and to such a high standard. The outside area is gorgeous too!

Only comment would be it would have been better with a separate Gluten free menu instead of having to go online and check the minus using a filter. Also needs some GF options for children (both myself and my young son are intolerant).

We have eaten here several times, but feel the prices have increased significantly. And my granddaughter had childs sausage and mash, I had normal with one extra sausage and almost twice the price.

Don't go if it's busy, you will waste hours, staff didn't seem to care to answer questions with other than we are very busy, yes your a chain pub nothing special if you can't deal with a few extra customers your doing something wrong, bang average, warmed up frozen food. Over priced cheap alcohol.

Would have been 5 stars really because sevice from staff and food were excellent. Let down by what looked like a manager having a group meeting stood right at the side of our table while we were eating. The place was relatively empty so im sure she could have held it in another part. Quite rude we thought.
