We had a wonderful time. Bedrooms were positions well and beds SO comfortable. Food was excellent and catered for our needs. Staff were very friendly, relaxed, thoughtful and accomodating. An excellent base for our short holiday. Highly recommended. Sue Kidd

We only called for a drink and snack?.
Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
The range of drinks were amazing, the menu looked really nice.
We will eat next time hopefully.

Popped in on the off chance for lunch; past so many times. Delighted to stop by.
Ordered a zero beer and a fish butty sandwich just before the kitchen closed at 3PM.

Go there for a drink and sit outside, just got home from a night's stay at the Bluebell. Never again. The beds a horrible, springs sticking in me couldn't sleep for the discomfort along with the noise from doors being slammed in the main corridor, the bar staff are moody and not polite, breakfast was ok but not worth the extra cost, don't be sucked in by there website advertising, not worth the £120 a night

We stayed here one night on our walk on the Dales Way up Wharfdale. It was excellent. Inviting welcome, good beer and wine. Our evening meal was excellent, better than average pub food with some inventive items, the food was the best on our week's walk. Excellent breakfast. Room was very pleasant and comfortable. Service was excellent and the refurbishment of the pub is excellent al round. Recommended.

Absolutely shocking and do not stay here. The pub is rough and grotty and the food is average. Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for a night to celebrate our anniversary and it was a huge disappointment especially for £140 a night which is extortionate for what we got. The mattress in our room was the most uncomfortable cheap mattress either of us had ever slept on in our lives and we got almost no sleep at all. We had to get an extra duvet from an empty room and sleep on top of both duvets to try to make the mattress comfortable. I am not a large bloke but the shower in our room was so small I could not even turn around in it to wash myself properly. Overall an incredibly disappointing and expensive experience which never be repeated. Avoid this place.
