Great iced latte however chicken tikka sandwich wasn't great.
Very dry bun, think they had waved the butter/margarine from a great height. 3 tiny pieces of cajun chicken in each half.
My family ordered various items from the menu, chips, toasties and my son had cajun chicken sandwich with salad and his was more or less the same with the addition of salad in his bun.
In response to the owner, thank you for your response. Given that my son had the same and his was the same we presumed that was how the sandwich was meant to be.

We had just completed the Ingleton waterfall trail and with it being our first ever visit to the village we were keen to have a mooch around but first thing's first - coffee and cake - spot on at the Village Kitchen! The weather was decent so we made use of the outdoor seating area and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely place. Highly recommended!

This unassuming cafe is a little gem! Friendly, genuine staff, fab food with great coffee and cakes! The burgers were proper homemade, lovely meat and their coronation chicken jacket and chocolate crackle was lush! Will visit again next time we are out that way. ?

Stopped by for lunch with my wife.Had the most amazing home made steak pie accompanied with chips garden peas and gravy.From first bite to last excellent If I had thought about it I would have purchased more to take home.Will be back again.

The lady who runs the cafe clearly loves and cares about her business and shows pride in her pastries.
We had two teas, a sausage roll and a steak and potatoes pastry. The steak and potato pastry was 10/10.
I?d have uploaded a picture but we demolished the pastries too quickly!

We came for lunch after waterfalls trail, as they had good prices on sandwiches, salads and jacket potatoes. They were quite quick and outdoor seating was available.

Stopped in to grab some lunch to take away for a hike. Got a cheese and tuna salad that was absolutely lovely and very very well priced!! Salad was honestly the best I?ve had in a long time as there was so many different things included! Will defo be back!
