Just got back from the Three Horse Shoes, been in Ingleton for the Waterfall trail. Had a few pint in the afternoon and back tonight for a meal. The landlord and his wife made us feel very welcome, the food was superb and the only reason we left early was my wife has had a bit too much sun. On the whole a pleasant experience at reasonable prices and we will visit again ?

Loveliest home cooked food we've had in a long time from a pub (burger and pie)
Small quite pub with an amazing friendly atmosphere that makes even dogs feel at home would 100% reccomended for a well priced filling meal and chat with travelers and the bar staff

Absolutely fantastic community pub proper chatty landlord. Great selection of alcoholic drinks. Food wasn't being service due to sickness but sounds amazing.

A very nice glass of Thwaites best bitter. Reasonable price too. Food was being enjoyed by others and seemed reasonably priced, smelt good too, though I wasn't eating.

Landlord should go on a customer service course. Food sevice was slow, no heating on in the place ,even he and his wife stood with their bums on the radiator, it's as well it was raining or we would have gone elsewhere.

Lovely traditional village pub. We came in on Christmas Day and we were very welcomed by the landlord.

We booked a table here the other night for 5.30 and we had the fish pie and lamb shank and a pint. Food arrived in good time. The portion sizes were huge and very tasty and only just fit on the plates. The food was definitely warm enough as it took a while to cool to eating temperature. The Fish pie had lots of fish and prawns in it aswell as a really delicious sauce and creamy mashed potato. The lamb shank was large and very tasty. Nice friendly staff. Very reasonable prices and good beer. Decor had a nice old fashioned pub charm which unfortunately you don't see anymore with bistro ponsy pubs everywhere. Not sure where all the negative reviews of this pub are from, probably by miserable customers who expect royal service and silver tableware but don't want to pay the price for it.
Would highly recommend this family run pub.
