We had a crochet lesson today with Dawn and Isabel, it was brilliant and really informative. We had a session in a private room and were able to ask lots of questions, Both ladies were very keen to share their knowledge.I recently shopped here on another occasion and was given great customer service by Kerry. It?s clear to see that the staff who work here really enjoy their work. Great to have such genuine customer service!
