“BRILLIANT SERVICE. I went to HT's as the integrated fridge freezer in my holiday let had 'died' and I needed something quickly as I had guests arriving the same day. I was able to collect a small fridge immediately and resolve the situation. Richard gave me some very useful advice with regard to replacing the fridge freezer - as it was not as straight forward as I thought and as a result I used HTs to replace the broken one. They have a great range of products from value brands to high end. I will certainly return when I need anything else. It is marvellous to have a local company providing a personal service - and we must support them and not just end up with shops at the end of telephones/on websites.”

“Excellent customer service and great products. I support an individual who is autistic, to go to GAME regularly. I would like to commend and thank the staff at GAME Monks Cross and in particularly Claire. When supporting adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues more often than not people will talk to me rather than the individual. This has never been the case with Claire ,in particular ,at GAME. She has always spoke directly to them even though they require support from me. This may seem such a small thing but means the world to the individuals I support being seen as an equal and not as someone who requires help to access the community, simply they are not patronised. The individual actively looks forward to their visits always asking if Claire will be there, they are given time when there and patience and they trust what Claire tells them about the products in a way they can understand. It is these "little things" giving time to people no matter what there needs are that make the experience fun and something to look forward to and actually something that means alot more than just a shopping trip.
