Lovely Sunday carvery , good that they accommodate portion sizes! Small, regular and large with a good choice of 3 meals and a delicious dessert menu as well!

visited on Sunday for the carvery with my wife and two small dogs.Very welcoming staff and friendly locals. The best sunday Carvery I have ever had, all fresh veg and the meat was thickly cut and ample. Just popped in on our day out both got Sunday carvery... beautiful.. great portions of meat very tender helped ourselves to sum veg great choices took a little doggy back home we will be back thank you
A busy and atmospheric village pub between Helmsley and Kirkbymoorside on the A170 (road linking Thirsk & Scarborough). Local beers and real ales, flavoured gins, wines without additives, and freshly ground coffee. Simple pub grub, Sunday Carvery, pie nights, pub favourites & sharing platters as well as Thai dishes, either dine-in or for take-away. All food is homemade in our new kitchen. Desserts and cakes too. Dog friendly. Large car park and beer garden, including covered outdoor drinking and dining spaces.
