Stopped here for breakfast. Granted they were full but the person working at the front desk was very rude and did not want to have a conversation when all I wanted to say is that we are going outside for a table. Had heard so much about this place, but not worth the attitude.

A lovely quaint tea room in the heart of Wensleydale North Yorkshire. A warm and welcoming welcome. Local and very tasty produce. Top tip the ham can be purchased at the local butchers.

Absolutely immense. Like zero faults from these guys.
We came for a cream tea and cheese scone and they were perfect. Beautifully warm scones with a huge wedge of Wensleydale cheese and chutney, Yorkshire tea(obviously), just beautiful.

We were lucky to be able to visit these wonderful tearooms twice on our visit to Hawes. The food is delicious, home made with ingredients mostly locally sourced and it is served by the 2 fantastic owners. They are friendly efficient and make the experience special with lots of lovely extra touches. It?s a step back to when customer service and pride in what you do matters. We sat amongst the beautiful flowers in the garden room complete with chandelier and enjoyed food to remember. We will definitely return if we are in the area and would recommend it 110%
