A really lovely shopping experience. Pleasant, friendly and very helpful staff, totally different from a lot of stores I?ve visited. We were welcomed into the store, told nicely to ask if help needed, and left to browse. The manager was excellent, the staff so well trained, just a pleasure from start to finish. I was made aware that if I signed up for emails I would get a 15% discount?..brilliant. Looking forward to returning next time we?re in Harrogate. ??

Excellent members of staff, very helpful in getting the right sizes and bringing them on numerous occasions to the changing rooms. Also bringing different items of clothing to see if I liked them which is always nice as it shows that they are knowledgeable about what they sell and what would suit someone. Excellent service all round.
